Dwayne Worthy 1971 - 2025

Dwayne Worthy, 53, a resident of McComb, passed away February 28, at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, at Hartman Jones Funeral Home from 9AM until memorial services at 11AM. Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.

Dwayne was born on March 4, 1971 in McComb, to Evie Lee Worthy. He was a member of Navilla Baptist Church. He worked at Peterbilt of McComb as a parts manager for 35 plus years. He enjoyed fishing, and shopping at Marshalls. He loved his fur babies Peanut, Tip, Sparkles, Ali, Buckshot and Snack. He was an avid outdoors man who spent many hours on his tractor. He loved his family and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and a brother John Phillip Worthy.

He is survived by his wife Jodie B. Worthy; his children Grayson Hewitt, and Greta Whittington; a grandson Ashton Foy; nephews Drew Worthy (Courtney), and Van Worthy (Brianna); a sister-in-law Paula Decoux; along with a host of friends.
