JoAnn Kleppinger 1951 - 2025

JoAnn Kleppinger, age 74, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and kindness.

She was born on August 8, 1951, to the late, Vernon and Barbara Rowley Thornhill, and grew up in a big, lively family with 4 brothers and 3 sisters.

Services were held at 2PM on December 20, at Dinan Baptist Church. Bro. David Parker, Bro. Trey Hess, and Bro. Mike Anderson did officiate.

JoAnn was preceded by her parents and 1 son, Karl Dale Kleppinger Jr.

JoAnn was a devoted mother to her 4 children, Karen, Thomas (Nikki), Robert, and Margaret-who were the greatest joy of her life. She was also a proud grandmother to 5 grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren, each of whom she cherished deeply.

A woman of strong Christian faith, JoAnn loved the Lord with all her heart. She lived her life guided by compassion, grace, and a gentle spirit that touched everyone she met.

Creative and loving, JoAnn spent 19 years working as a childcare provider, nurturing countless children with the same warmth she gave her own family. Her kindness, her laughter, and her unwavering love will be forever missed by all who knew her. Barbara Ann
