Letitia D. Brister

Letitia D. Brister, 62 years old, of Magnolia, passed away on February 19, at her home. Services to be announced at a later date. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb is in charge of arrangements.

Letitia was born on October 19, 1962, in Waco, TX, to the late Charles Edward Dunaway Sr., and Annie Francis Bateman Dunaway.

Letitia was a retired manager from Marathon and B.P. gas station convenience stores. She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She dearly missed and loved her husband and enjoyed being with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all of them.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Nathaniel P. Brister.

She is survived by her daughter, Latasha M. Haley; 2 brothers, Charles Edward Dunaway Jr. (Theresa), and Jeffrey Dale Dunaway; 2 sisters Gwendolyn A. Dunnaway and Marcie Joy Westmoreland; 2 grandchildren, Tristen A. Haley and Hulett C. Haley; 1 great-grandchild; her first husband, Richard E. Phelps; and a good friend, Pete Dearing with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
