Lillie Beatrice Varnado Hampton 1935 - 2025

Lillie Beatrice Varnado Hampton, 89, of Fernwood, departed this life on Feb. 8, 2025, at her home.

Visitation is 10AM Saturday, February 22, at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1014 Paquin Road, McComb, with services there at 11AM. Pastor Larry Banks will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery. Williams Mortuary of Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lillie was born Feb. 23, 1935, the daughter of Henry Varnado and Bessie Varnado. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Lealbrian Hampton Sr.

Survivors include 10 children, 47 grandchildren, 77 greatgrandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
