Marianna S. Rackley

Marianna S. Rackley, 88, formerly of McComb, passed away on October 4, 2025 at Asbury Hospice House.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025 at Hollywood Cemetery at 10 AM. Hartman Jones Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.

Marianna was born in McComb, on January 1, 1937 to the late Malcolm C. Simmons and Gladys Sue Carruth Simmons.

She was an avid reader.

She worked for Southwest Mental Health for 29 years.

Later in life, she enjoyed traveling. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 husbands K.L. Simmons, Felix Morgan, and Lee Rackley.

She is survived by 2 children Stephen D. Simmons and Kemi Simmons (Trey Magee); 1 special stepson Felix A. Morgan (Wendy); 1 sister Ora Dean (Parker); 1 niece Wanda Callender and 1 nephew Guy Parker.
