Ralph Eugene Burkhalter

Ralph Eugene Burkhalter, 72, of Magnolia, passed away on January 20, 2026.

Born August 15, 1953, to Maurice and Helen Cutrer Burkhalter, Ralph was a beloved family member, friend, and community member whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many. He will be remembered for his generous spirit and the love and smiles he shared with all who knew him.

Visitation will be held at Sharkey Funeral home on Friday, January 23, at 4PM until time of service at 6PM. Bro. Rick Kennedy will officiate. A private burial will be at Burkhalter Cemetery in Magnolia, on Jan. 26.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his beloved wife Hazel; and brother David.

He is survived by his brothers Don (wife Bobbe, daughters Stephanie and Bailey) and Jerry (wife Shawn, daughters Bethany and Megan); aunt Lucy Cutrer Givens; 3 grand-nephews, and numerous cousins.
