Randy Lee Rimes, 41, a resident of Tickfaw, LA, passed away in Independence, on February 7, 2026.

Visitation was held on February 12, from 10AM until services at 12 Noon at Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb. Rev. Ricky Lee did officiate and burial was in Pike Memorial Gardens in McComb.

Randy was born in McComb, on October 27, 1984. He is the son of Bennie F. Rimes and Rita Williams Cook.

Randy was a Drilling Rig Manager and served as a U.S. Marine. He was a skilled mechanic, a big fan of "speed" who enjoyed any type of Motor-Cross and motor bikes with his boys. He was an ingenious builder, selfless to a fault and lived for his boys. He was a wonderful and loving husband, brother, friend and uncle. He was loyal to all his family and friends, selfless, caring and a big brother to all.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Carley Spears.

He is survived by his parents, Bennie F. Rimes (Amy) and his mother Rita Williams Cook (Joe); his wife of 19 happy years, Stephanie D. Rimes; 2 sons, Cole Joseph Rimes and Riley Lee Rimes; 3 brothers, Micah B. Rimes (Johannah), Darren S. Spears and Sean M. Spears; 1 sister Brandi M. Cook (Hunter); maternal grandparents, Mike and Kathy Williams and paternal grandmother, Paulette Rimes with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Cole Rimes, Riley Rimes, Micah Rimes, Darren Spears, Sean Spears, and Adam Keene. Honorary pallbearers will be Samuel Nicholas and Hunter Cook.
