Rebecca B. Bacots

Sis. Rebecca B. Bacots, 76, of McComb, departed this earthly life on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in South Central Regional Medical Center of Laurel. Visitation is noon Saturday, March 14, at East Fernwood Baptist Church, with services there at 1PM. Pastor Jimmie J. Wilson will officiate. Interment will be in the Pleasant Valley Church of God in Christ cemetery. Peoples Undertaking Co. of McComb is in charge of arrangements. Rebecca B. Bacots was born on Jan. 1, 1950, in McComb, the daughter of Virgil and Georgia. She was a member of the Usher Board and a faithful prayer warrior. She also served on many other church committees. She was employed at Croft Metals. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Eugene Bacot; a daughter, Lakisha Bacot; and 2 brothers, Tommie Bullock and George Bullock. She leaves to cherish her memories 1 daughter Metilda (James) Addison; 1 grandson, Elijah Bacot; 3 sisters, Annie (Henry) Pittman, Virgie Isaac and Mary Brown; 2 brothers, Bobby Bullock and Oliver Bullock; 1 sister-in-law, Charlene Bullock; a special son, Micheal (Katherine) Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
