Windy Marie Tarver, 59, of Pricedale, passed away July 24, 2025 at SMRMC surrounded by her loving family.

Windy was born on January 20, 1966, in San Diego, CA to Fred Hutchinson and Janelle Greene Burch. She worked at H&R Block as a tax preparer for seventeen years. She enjoyed her grandchildren and would babysit frequently. She was loved by many in her community and her “Yard Yungins”.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 33 loving years, Edward Tarver; 4 children David Murphy, Stephanie Wilson (Brian), Ron Tarver, Savannah Tarver, and a bonus daughter Brandy Lee Stout; a brother Chuck Hutchinson (Mary Ellen); 2 sisters Cindy Young and Lori Turner (Scott); her step-father James Burch, and her step-mother Janet Hutchinson; grandchildren Hunter Murphy, Wyatt Minor, Grayson Honea, Brett Tarver, Khaleesi Botley, Khalani Tarver, Kingston Tarver, Dregon Wilkerson and Matthew Cortez; along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends. •Pre-Arrangements
